Correction to the current report no 63/2023 of 31 December 2023

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the _#8216;Company') hereby presents a correction, due to a mistake,to the current report no 63/2023 of 31 December 2023 (hereinafter, the_#8216;Report'). In the Report an incorrect number of shares taken up wasindicated. Instead of number of 24,750 shares, a number of 25,000 shareswas erroneously indicated.

Below, the Company presents the correct version of the Report:

"The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered officein Warsaw (hereinafter, the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces that inexercising of the rights derived from the series L subscription warrants(the _quot;Warrants_quot;), vested as part of the 2021-2025 Incentive Plan (the_quot;Plan_quot;), as at 31 December 2023, 32 participants in the Plan filed, withthe Company, declarations to take up a total of 24,750 series G ordinarybearer shares (in exchange for 24,750 Warrants) and paid the issue priceof the G shares (i.e. PLN 752.01 per share) into the Company's account.

The acquisition of series G shares in exchange for Warrants was carriedout based on article 451 of Commercial Companies Code, as set forth inresolutions 4/03.02.2021 and 5/03.02.2021 of the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company that the Company announced in current report No.8/2021 of 3 February 2021.

The rights attaching to the G series shares of the Company will arise asof the moment of recording the shares in the securities accounts of theeligible individuals. In connection with the issue of the G seriesshares, the Company will file the appropriate applications with theNational Depository for Securities S.A. (Krajowy Depozyt PapierówWartościowych S.A., hereinafter the "KDPW") and with the Warsaw StockExchange S.A. (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.,hereinafter the "GPW") to register the G series shares in the depositoryfor securities operated by the KDPW and introduce them to trading on theregulated market operated by the GPW about which the Company will informin accordance with the applicable law."
