The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 26 March2024 they received notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Benefit Invest Ltd. - an entity closely related to: MrJames van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company and MrMichael Sanderson, member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, aboutsale of 20,000 shares in the Company at PLN 2,530.00 per share, on 25March 2024;
