Recommendation of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its seat in Warsaw(_quot;Company_quot;) announces that, in connection with item 6 of the agenda ofthe Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 7 August2024, as referred to in the Company's current report No. 43/2024 of 11July 2024, the Company received from Mr James Van Bergh acting on behalfof Benefit Invest 1 Company - shareholder of the Company (_quot;Notifier_quot;), arecommendation of Ms Julita Jabłkowska for a member of the SupervisoryBoard of the Company (_quot;Candidate_quot;).

In the appendix the Company provides the Candidate's CV and statementreceived from the Notifier (in Polish language).

According to the received statement, the Candidate meets theindependence criteria specified in Art. 129 sec. 3 of the Act of 11 May2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision.
