Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the 'Company') hereby announces that on 2 January2025 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Ms. Emilia Rogalewicz - Member of the Management Boardof the Company, about taking up on 31 December 2024, outside of tradingsystem, a total of 5,350 series G ordinary bearer shares of the Company,at a price of PLN 617.01 per share, as a result of exercising the rightsfrom subscription warrants vested as part of the Incentive Plan.
