Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (_quot;Company_quot;) in reference to the report No. 64/2024 of December31, 2024 informs that it has learned about the issuance of a statementon January 15, 2025 by the National Depository for Securities S.A. inWarsaw No. 36/2025 on registration of up to 37,450 ordinary series Gbearer shares of the Company (_quot;Shares_quot;), with a nominal value of PLN1.00 each, under the code PLBNFTS00133 (_quot;Statement_quot;). The date / mode ofregistration in the Statement indicates the registration on the basis ofsettlement orders referred to in § 6 of the Detailed Rules of Operationof the National Depository for Securities, in connection with thederegistration of subscription warrants marked with the codesPLBNFTS00109 and PLBNFTS00125, from which the rights to acquire Shareswere exercised.

The registration of Shares applies to shares issued by the Company as aresult of a conditional increase in the Company's share capital in orderto implement the Incentive Program for 2021-2025.
