The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 3 June 2025they received notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Benefit Invest 1 Company - an entity closely related toMr James Van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Companyabout sale of 453,691 shares in the Company at PLN 3,000 per share, on29 May 2025;
