Recommendation of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board andmotion to dismiss member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its seat in Warsaw("Company") announces that, in connection with item 8 of the agenda ofthe Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 21 July2025, as referred to in the Company's current report No. 57/2025 of 24June 2025, the Company received from Powszechne Towarzystwo EmerytalnePZU S.A. acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "ZłotaJesień" - shareholder of the Company ("Notifier"), a recommendation ofMs Marzena Piszczek for an independent member of the Supervisory Boardof the Company ("Candidate").

According to the received statement, the Candidate has agreed to be acandidate for a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company andstated, that she meets all criteria for candidates for the Member ofSupervisory Board specified in Art. 129 of the Act of 11 May 2017 onstatutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision. Concurrently, in connection with item 8 of the agenda of theExtraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 21 July 2025,as referred to in the Company's current report No. 57/2025 of 24 June2025, the Company received from the Notifier motion to dismiss Ms JulitaJabłkowska from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of theCompany.
