Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the 'Company') hereby announces that on 15 December2025 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Ms. Emilia Rogalewicz - Member of the Management Boardof the Company, about taking up on 12 December 2025, outside of tradingsystem, a total of 3,400 series G ordinary bearer shares of the Company,at a price of PLN 617.01 per share, as a result of exercising the rightsfrom subscription warrants vested as part of the Incentive Plan.
