Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 14 January2026 they received notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Ms Emilia Rogalewicz, Management Board Member of theCompany about a sale of 1,000 shares in the Company at PLN 3,760 pershare on 13 January 2026.
