The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. withits seat in Wrocław (the "Company") informs that on 21June 2021 it has been notified of the resignation of AleksandraSkibińska from the position of the Member of the Management Board of theCompany and Financial Director of the Company.

The resignation, according to its content, becameeffective at the time of its submission.

Aleksandra Skibińska has not indicated the reasonsfor the resignation.
