Subject: Change in publication date of the Company's periodic reports

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act - current andperiodic information

In relation to Current Report no. 10/2021 of 26 February 2021 theManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw,hereby announces that it has decided to change the date of publicationof the Company's periodic reports for the 2020 financial year and forthe first quarter of 2021.

The separate annual report and the consolidated annual report,originally scheduled for publication on 19 April 2021, will be insteadbe published on 22 April 2021.

As concerns the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of2021, originally scheduled for publication on 27 May 2021, it willinstead be published on 31 May 2021.
