In relation to Current Report no. 27/2021 of 18 May 2021, in order toprovide an update on the actions undertaken in the US District Court forthe Central District of California, the Management Board of CD PROJEKTS.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as "theCompany") hereby announces that it has received a copy of the statementof claims filed against the Company and members of its Management Boardby a law firm representing the lead plaintiff and other eligible holdersof US securities traded under the ticker symbols "OTGLY" and "OTGLF".The statement is materially consistent with previously filedunconsolidated lawsuits which concern the matter, and likewise, it doesnot specify the amount of damages sought.Disclaimer: ThisEnglish language translation has been prepared solely for theconvenience of English speaking readers.
