Subject: Dismissal of a cassation appeal against the verdict of theAppellate Court in Kraków in the legal case against the State Treasury

Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 item 1 of MAR - inside information

In relation to Current Report no. 7/2019 of 24 April 2019 and CurrentReport no. 22/2018 of 21 December 2018 the Management Board of CDPROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred toas "the Company") hereby announces that on 26 November 2021 it receiveda certified copy of a Supreme Court decision issued on 24 November 2021in closed session, in which the Court dismisses the cassation appealfiled by the Company against the verdict of the Appellate Court inKraków of 21 December 2018.

The Management Board will promptly request a written justification ofthe abovementioned decision from the Supreme Court.
