Subject: Update concerning class action lawsuit filed in the USA

Legal basis: Art. 17 of MAR - Inside information

In relation to Current Report no. 45/2021 of 16 December 2021, in orderto provide an update regarding the deadline for submitting the formalsettlement agreement to the U.S. District Court for the Central Districtof California (hereinafter referred to as "the Court"), the ManagementBoard of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (hereinafterreferred to as "the Company") announces that on 11 January 2022 it wasnotified by the law office representing the Company that the Court hadextended the deadline for submission of the formal settlement agreementuntil 27 January 2022.

According to information received from the law office representing theCompany, the deadline extension is due to the need for technical work onthe settlement agreement, including in particular its annexes, which areprepared by the law firm representing the plaintiffs and subsequentlyverified by the law firm representing the Company.
