The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office inWarsaw (hereinafter referred to as _quot;the Company_quot;) hereby wishes toannounce that a technical error was present in Current Report no.13/2022, published on 5 May 2022, concerning the receipt of anotification of a change in the number of Company votes controlled byGoldman Sachs (hereinafter referred to as _quot;the Report). An incorrectappendix containing the Polish translation of the aforementionednotification was attached to the Report. Consequently, the Companywishes to adjust the Report by replacing the erroneous translation witha document consistent with the original notification.

The translation, adjusted in the manner described above, is attached tothis Report.
