Subject:Informationabout the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting concerning thedividend payment

TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. (hereafter referred to as "theCompany") hereby announces further to the information published incurrent report no. 18/2022 of 30 May 2022 that the Company's OrdinaryGeneral Meeting on 28 June 2022 passed a resolution concerning thepayment of dividend at PLN 100 738 800 (one hundred million sevenhundred thirty-eight thousand eight hundred PLN 00/100 ), i.e., PLN 1.00(in words: one zloty 00/100) per Company share.

Thedividend record date is 5 July 2022 and the dividend will be paid on 12July 2022. There are 100,738,800 Company shares which confer the rightto the dividend.
