TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby discloses the coretenets of Long-Term Strategic Growth Outlook of CD PROJEKT Group adoptedby the Management Board on 4 October 2022.

Thetenets of the newly adopted Long-Term Strategic Growth Outlook of CDPROJEKT Group are attached to this report.
