Withreference to the information disclosed in Current Report no. 16/2023 of8May2023, the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. (the "Company")hereby announces that on9May2023, the Supervisory Board of the Company endorsed the ManagementBoard's recommendation concerning allocation of the Company's net profitfor 2022.

Followinga review of the Company's Financial Statement and having reviewed theManagement Board's proposal recommendation to the Supervisory Board inthis regard, the Supervisory Board recommends to the Ordinary GeneralMeeting that the Company's net profit for 2022 in the total amount of341,072,820.59 PLN be allocated as follows: 99,910,510.00 PLN shall bedivided among shareholders in the form of a dividend at 1.00 PLN pereach share participating in the dividend, and the remaining241,162,310.59 PLN - allocated to the Company's reserve capital.

TheSupervisory Board furthermore endorses also the recommendation submittedby the Management Board with regard to the following:

dividendpayment date: 20 June 2023.
