Subject: Information on the decision of the Ordinary General Meetingconcerning the dividend payment

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act - current andperiodic information

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") announces that on 6 June 2023 the OrdinaryGeneral Meeting of the Company passed a resolution concerning payment ofthe dividend in the amount of PLN 99,910,510.00, i.e. PLN 1.00 per eachCompany's share participating in the dividend.

The dividend record date has been set for 13 June 2023 and the dividendpayment date for 20 June 2023.

There are 99,910,510 Company shares which confer the right to thedividend, what corresponds to the total number of Company's sharesdeducted by the Company's own shares held by the Company as of thepublication date of this current report (860,290 shares).
