Subject: Information regarding the intention of the future standing as acandidate for the position in the Supervisory Board of the Company andfuture resignation from the position of the Board Member together withthe decision on the changes concerning roles performed by the Members ofthe Management Board

Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR - inside information

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered seat in Warsaw("the Company'') informs that on 5 October 2023 Mr. Adam Kiciński hasnotified the Company of his intention of the future standing as acandidate for the position of the Member of the Supervisory Board of theCompany starting from 2025, and, as a consequence - of the intention ofthe future resignation from the position of the Member of the ManagementBoard as of the end of 2024. The full text of the letter from Mr. AdamKiciński to the Company has been attached to this report.

Additionally, in connection with the decision mentioned above, theManagement Board has decided that effective as of 1 January 2024 theinternal division of responsibilities related to specific areas of theCompany's business activities among the Members of the Management Boardwill be updated, and, as a consequence - the roles and function names ofthe Members of the Management Board will be changed as follows:

(i) Mr. Adam Kiciński will perform the role of Chief Strategy Officer(CSO);

(ii) the role of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be performedjointly by: Mr. Adam Badowski, currently in the role of Chief CreativeOfficer, affiliated with the Company for 20 years and Mr. MichałNowakowski, currently in the role of Chief Commercial Officer,affiliated with the Company for 18 years; Mr. Adam Badowski and Mr.Michał Nowakowski will be therefore using the function names - JointChief Executive Officer (Joint CEO).

The Company informed on the adoption of additional function names indetail in the current report no. 37/2023.
