Subject: Final approval of the settlement in the class action in the US

Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR - inside information

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered seat in Warsaw("the Company") wishes to announce that on 28 November 2023 it receiveda notification from the law firm representing the Company in the U.S.class action lawsuit, to the effect that the U.S. District Court for theCentral District of California had issued an order regarding finalapproval of the corresponding settlement, i.e. Order re: motion forfinal approval of class action settlement ("Final Approval of ClassAction Settlement").

The Final Approval of Class Action Settlement (i) confirms the finalterms of the settlement reached in the U.S. class action lawsuit (as theCompany informed in detail in the current report no. 45/2021 dated 16December 2021 and current report no. 5/2022 dated 28 January 2022); (ii)ends the legal proceedings related to the U.S. class action lawsuitfiled against the Company and other defendants.
