Subject:Shareholders controlling at least 5% of the vote at the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of Shareholders

Legalbasis: Art. 70 item 3 of the Offerings Act - shareholders controlling atleast 5% of the vote at the GM

TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (the "Company"),hereby announces that the following shareholders controlled at least 5%of the vote at the Ordinary General Meeting of CD PROJEKT S.A. convenedon 14 June 2024:

MarcinIwin_#769;ski, who held 12,873,520 shares of Company stock and controlled12,873,520 votes, which corresponds to 23,29% of the votesrepresented at the Ordinary General Meeting, and 12,89% of the totalnumber of votes;

MichałKicin_#769;ski, who held 9,578,229 shares of Company stock and controlled9,578,229 votes, which corresponds to 17,33% of the votesrepresented at the Ordinary General Meeting, and 9,59% of the totalnumber of votes;

PiotrNielubowicz, who held 6,858,517 shares of Company stock andcontrolled 6,858,517 votes, which corresponds to 12,41% of the votesrepresented at the Ordinary General Meeting, and 6,86% of the totalnumber of votes;

AdamKicin_#769;ski, who held 4,045,901 shares of Company stock and controlled4,045,901 votes, which corresponds to 7,32% of the votes representedat the Ordinary General Meeting, and 4,05% of the total number ofvotes;

AllianzPolska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, which held 3.664.850 shares ofCompany stock and controlled 3,664,850 votes, which corresponds to6,63% of the votes represented at the Ordinary General Meeting, and3,67% of the total number of votes;

OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień", which held 3,500,000 sharesof Company stock and controlled 3,500,000 votes, which correspondsto 6,33% of the votes represented at the Ordinary General Meeting,and 3,5% of the total number of votes;

Nationale-NederlandenOtwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, which held 3.169.000 shares of Companystock and controlled 3,169,000 votes, which corresponds to 5,73% ofthe votes represented at the Ordinary General Meeting, and 3,17% ofthe total number of votes.
