Subject: Notification of the intention to stand as a candidate to theSupervisory Board of the Company, along with resignation from theposition of Member of the Management Board

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office inWarsaw ("the Company") hereby announces that, pursuant to thedeclaration disclosed by the Company in Current Report no. 39/2023, on17 October 2024 Mr. Adam Kiciński (i) tendered his resignation from theposition of Member of the Management Board of the Company, effective atend of day on 31 December 2024, and (ii) confirmed his intention tostand as a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company beginningin 2025.

The full text of the letter from Mr. Adam Kiciński to the Company,submitted alongside the statement of his resignation, is attached tothis report.
