TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company"),pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Finance Minister's regulation of 29March 2018 regarding publication of current and periodic reports byissuers of securities and conditions under which reports legallyrequired by non-member states are considered equivalent to same (the "Regulation")hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2025:

Separateand consolidated annual reports for 2024 - 27 March 2025

Periodicreports for 2025:

Consolidatedquarterly report for Q1 2025 - 28 May 2025

Consolidatedsemiannual report for H1 2025 - 28 August 2025

Consolidatedquarterly report for Q3 2025 - 26 November 2025

TheManagement Board of the Company also announces that, pursuant to § 79section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish quarterlyreports for Q4 2024 and Q2 2025._#160;

Furthermore,the Company announces that in accordance with § 62 sections 1 and 3 ofthe aforementioned Regulation, the consolidated quarterly and semiannualreports will include abridged versions of quarterly and semiannualseparate financial reports respectively. Accordingly, the Company willnot publish separate quarterly reports or a separate semiannual report.
