Subject: Change of publication date of annual reports for 2024

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering -current and periodic information

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company"), pursuant to § 80 section 2 of the FinanceMinister's regulation of 29 March 2018 regarding publication of currentand periodic reports by issuers of securities and conditions under whichreports legally required by non-member states are considered equivalentto same, with reference to the current report no. 1/2025 of the Companyof 7 January 2025 announces its decision to change the date ofpublication of the annual reports for 2024.

Separate and consolidated annual reports for 2024, originally scheduledfor publication on 27 March 2025, will instead be published on 25 March2025. Other information included in the current report no. 1/2025 of theCompany remains unchanged.
