Subject:Shareholders controlling at least 5% of the vote at the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of Shareholders of the Company

Legalbasis: Art. 70 item 3 of the Offerings Act

TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company")hereby announces that the following shareholders controlled at least 5%of the vote at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on23 June 2025:

-Marcin Iwinski, who held 12,650,000 shares of Company stock andcontrolled 12,650,000 votes, which corresponds to 21.04% of the votesrepresented at the Ordinary General Meeting, and 12.66% of the totalnumber of votes;

-Michał Kicinski, who held 8,436,638 shares of Company stock andcontrolled 8,436,638 votes, which corresponds to 14.03% of the votesrepresented at the Ordinary General Meeting, and 8.44% of the totalnumber of votes;

-Piotr Nielubowicz, who held 6,858,517 shares of Company stock andcontrolled 6,858,517 votes, which corresponds to 11,41% of the votesrepresented at the Ordinary General Meeting, and 6.86% of the totalnumber of votes;

-Adam Kicinski, who held 4,045,901 shares of Company stock andcontrolled 4,045,901 votes, which corresponds to 6.73% of the votesrepresented at the Ordinary General Meeting, and 4.05% of the totalnumber of votes;

-Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, which held 5,690,017shares of Company stock and controlled 5,690,017 votes, whichcorresponds to 9.47% of the votes represented at the Ordinary GeneralMeeting, and 5.70% of the total number of votes.

-Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, which held 3,664,850 sharesof Company stock and controlled 3.664.850 votes, which corresponds to6.10% of the votes represented at the Ordinary General Meeting, and3.67% of the total number of votes;

-Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień", which held 3,500,000shares of Company stock and controlled 3,500,000 votes, whichcorresponds to 5.82% of the votes represented at the Ordinary GeneralMeeting, and 3.50% of the total number of votes.
