Subject:_#160;Appointment of new members of CI Games SEbodies

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;) announces thaton 8 February 2023 the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Companyadopted Resolution No. 4/1/2023 in which, inter alia, determined thecomposition of the first Management Board and Supervisory Board of theCompany after its transformation into a European company (_quot;CIGames SE_quot;).

The composition of the first Management Board of CIGames SE appointed Marek Tymiński - President of the Management Boardand David Broderick - Vice-President of the Management Board.

The composition of the first Supervisory Board of CIGames SE appointed: Artur Osuchowski, Marcin Garliński, Adam Niewiński,Jeremy M. J. Lewis and Florian Schuhbauer.

The appointment of the members of the ManagementBoard and the Supervisory Board of CI Games SE will be effective as ofthe date of registration of the Company's transformation into a Europeancompany by the Company's registration court in the Register ofEntrepreneurs of the National Court Register.

Attached to this current report, the Company providesinformation on the appointed members of the Management Board and membersof the Supervisory Board - their education, qualifications andpreviously held positions, together with a description of theirprofessional career.

The appointed members of the Management Board andmembers of the Supervisory Board are not engaged in any activitiescompetitive to the Company and do not participate in any companycompetitive to the Company. In addition, they are not listed in theRegister of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on theNational Court Register.
