The ManagementBoard of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")informs that on 30 March 2023 the Company received a notification fromthe President of the Management Board of the Company - Mr. MarekTyminski, prepared in accordance with Article 19 of the MAR Regulation,regarding the establishment of a pledge by Mr. Marek Tyminski on10,400,000 shares of the Company held by him.
