Subject:_#160;Conclusionof agreement for distribution of the game "Lords of the Fallen" acrossall North _amp; South American Markets

TheManagement Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company") informs that on 8th June 2023 the Companyhas entered into agreement for distribution of the game "Lords of theFallen" ("LOTF") with U_amp;I Entertainment LLC, aDelaware limited liability company located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. ("U_amp;I")("Agreement").

U_amp;Iwill distribute LOTF in physical format across all North _amp; SouthAmerican territories including the United States, Canada, Mexico _amp; LatinAmerican.

TheCompany remains as publisher of the LOTF, U_amp;I will distribute physicaleditions across all physical retail channels._#160;

Theprovisions of the Agreement do not deviate from market conditions forthis type of agreement.

TheManagement Board of the Company considered it reasonable to classifythis information as confidential within the meaning of Article 7(1) ofthe MAR Regulation.
