The Management Board of CI Games SE with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;), provides, as anattachment to this current report, the contents of the resolutionsadopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 29 June 2023,together with the results of voting on individual resolutions. Therewere no objections to the resolutions during the meeting. The totalnumber of votes represented at this meeting was89_#160;282501, representing48,80%of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting.
