The Management Board of CI Games SE with a registeredoffice in Warsaw (_quot;theCompany_quot;) hereby informs that on 29June, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company has appointed Mr. MikeFoley to the function of Supervisory Board Member.

Enclosed to this current report the Company ispresenting the information about the Supervisory Board Member appointed- his education, qualifications and previous positions along with adescription of the course of his professional career. Mr. Mike Foley isnot involved in an activity which competes with the Company and is not astakeholder in a company that competes with the Company. Furthermore, heis not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuantto the Act on the National Court Register.
