The Management Board of CI Games, SE with its registered seat in Warsaw(the "Company"), in reference to current report No. 24/2023 of June 29,2023 and current report No. 16/2023 of April 14, 2023, informs thattoday it was informed about the resignation from the position of theChairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company as of July 20, 2023 byMr. Marcin Garliński as well as on the election of a new Chairman of theSupervisory Board of the Company. The Supervisory Board of the Company,effective as of July 20, 2023, elected from among its members a Chairmanin the person of Mr. Mike Foley.
