TheManagement Board of CI Games, SE with its registered seat in Warsaw (the"Company") informs about receiving on July 26, 2023 anotification prepared pursuant to Art. 19(1) of the MAR Regulation,addressed to the Company byActiveOwnership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS as a person closely related to the persondischarging managerial responsibilities in the Company, i.e. Mr. FlorianSchuhbauer, Member of the Company's Supervisory Board. The content ofthe said notification is attached to this current report.
