with MAR 19 (1)

The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company") informs

that on 4 January 2024 the Company received a notification from thePresident of the Management

Board of the Company - Mr. Marek Tyminski, prepared in accordance withArticle 19 of the MAR

Regulation.
