Subject: Update of information about the review of strategic optionsprocessThe Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registeredoffice in Warsaw (the "Company") with reference to current report No.36/2021 dated December 21, 2021 and current report 6/2022 dated March 2,2022, hereby updates the information on the process of reviewingstrategic options and announces that today, i.e. 22 February 2024 theManagement Board of the Company decides not to proceed with thepotential listing of the Company's shares also on the capital marketoperated by the London Stock Exchange (dual listing process of theCompany's shares). The decision to discontinue further dual-listing ofthe Company's shares is justified by the Company's focus on the adoptedstrategy and on conducting processes resulting from the review ofstrategic options, including, among other things, the acquisition of astrategic investor, as well as the intention to reduce the Company'soperating costs on the capital market, as well as the current situationon the capital markets. The Company's Management Board considered itreasonable to qualify this information as confidential within themeaning of the provisions of Article 17 (1) of the MAR Regulation.
