Subject: Resolutions taken up by the Annual General Meeting of CI GamesSE on 21 March 2024

The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw(the _quot;Company_quot;), provides, as an attachment to this current report, thecontents of the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meetingof the Company on 21 March 2024, together with the results of voting onindividual resolutions. There were no objections to the resolutionsduring the meeting. The total number of votes represented at thismeeting was 91 822 757, representing 50,19% of the total number of votesat the Company's General Meeting.
