The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company") with reference to the current report number 3/2024 dated10 January 2024, announces that it has decided to change the date onwhich the Company will publish its individual and consolidated annualreport for 2023 to 17 April 2024.

Other information indicated in current report number 3/2024 remainsunchanged.

Detailed basis: § 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Financeon current and periodic information published by issuers of securitiesand the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required bythe law of a non-member state.
