Subject:Agreement on the distribution of the games in Game Passprogram

The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered o\ice in Warsaw(the _quot;Company_quot;)

announces that on the 3rd of May 2024 the Company has signed theagreement with Microsoft

Corporation, with its registered o\ice in Washington, USA (_quot;Microsoft_quot;),to provide the games

_quot;Lords of the Fallen_quot; and _quot;Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2_quot; from theCompany's portfolio (the

_quot;Games") in the Game Pass program conducted by Microsoft in year 2024.Under the agreement,

the rights to the Games will remain with the Company.
