TheManagement Board of Ciech S.A. ("the Company") announces that on 16December 2019 the Company learnt that resignation was submitted from theserving of the function of a member of the Supervisory Board by MrMariusz Nowak, as of 22 January 2020.

MrMariusz Nowak did not provide the reasons for his resignation.
