The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer") informs that on 23.07.2020, it received notifications on transactions referred to in Art. 19.1 of the MAR Regulation from persons discharging managerial responsibilities: Mirosław Skowron – Member of the Management Board of the Issuer and Rafał Czubiński, Managing Director of the Issuer.
