Asa result of an obvious typing error, the date of the adopted resolutionswas incorrectly indicated in the title of the Report.

TheReport reads: "Adjournmentof Extraordinary General Meeting and contents of resolutions adopted onApril 17, 2023",

whilethe Report should read: "Adjournment of Extraordinary General Meetingand contents of resolutions adopted on April 11, 2023".
