CIECHS.A. (the "Issuer") hereby announces the dates of submission ofperiodical reports in 2024:

1._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Quarterly reports:

_#183;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;a consolidated report for the first quarter of2024, extended by the abbreviated separate statement will be publishedon May 29, 2024;

_#183;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;a consolidated report for the three quartersof 2024, extended by the abbreviated separate statement will bepublished on November 15, 2024.

2._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Semi-annual report:

Aconsolidated report for the first semi-annual period of 2024, extendedby the semi-annual abbreviated separate statement will be published onAugust 23, 2024.

3._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Annual reports:

_#183;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;separate annual report for 2023 will bepublished on April 30, 2024;

_#183;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;consolidated annual report for 2023 will bepublished on April 30, 2024.

4._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Moreover, the Issuer informs that:

_#183;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;the consolidated quarterly reports will beextended to include the elements referred to in § 62 section 1 of theRegulation, accordingly, pursuant to this provision, no separateindividual quarterly reports will be published;

_#183;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;the consolidated semi-annual report will beextended to include the elements referred to in § 62 section 3 of theRegulation, accordingly, pursuant to this provision, no separateindividual semi-annual report will be published;

_#183;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;pursuant to § 71 section 8 of the Regulation,the annual management report on the activities of the Issuer and theannual management report on the activities of the Group will be drawn upas a single document;

_#183;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation,no quarterly report or consolidated quarterly report for the lastquarter of 2023 and for the second quarter of 2024 will be published.
