TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for August 2024.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in August 2024 amountedto approximately PLN48,28million and was71,45%lowercompared to the same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after a eight months of 2024, the total value oftrading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN781,25million, representing ayear-on-year decrease of73,44%.

2)Recovery orders

Thenominal value of recovery orders in August 2024 amounted toapproximately PLN36,36million and was71,31%lower year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the eight months of 2024, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN259,48million,registering a year-on-year decrease of68.76%.

3)Debt claims financed

InAugust 2024, the value of financed receivables amounted to PLN0.00million and down100%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after eight months of this year, the value offinanced receivables amounted to a total of approximately PLN1.07million, recording an decrease of87.14%year on year.

TheIssuer has decided that the third business line - corporate financing -due to the economic situation resulting from the pandemic and the war inUkraine, and consequently a very large increase in credit risk, has beensignificantly limited and is currently focusing its efforts on thecollection of its own receivables. Therefore, from September 2024, theIssuer will no longer report estimated operating and sales data withinthis business line.

4)Total sales

InAugust 2024, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximatelyEUR20.18_#160;million,down71.52%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the eight months of 2024, the total value ofsales in the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR248,38million, andecrease of72,48%year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InAugust 2024, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was7.678and was1.25%higher than in the same period of the previous year.
