OnOctober 15, 2024, the Management Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. inrestructuring with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referredto as the _quot;Company_quot;) received information from the Management Board ofAforti Factor Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(hereinafter referred to as the _quot;subsidiary_quot;) that Mr. Paweł Lewandowski- the arrangement supervisor in the restructuring proceedings(arrangement approval proceedings) of the subsidiary, pursuant toArticle 226a section 1 of the Restructuring Law, made an announcement inthe National Register of Debtors about setting the arrangement date atOctober 15, 2024.
