The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A.,based in Warsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;), pursuant to § 80 subparagraph 2 and 3of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018, on currentand periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on theconditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by thelaws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), informsof a change in the date on which the Company will publish itsconsolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2022, consistingin postponing the originally set deadline of 8 November 2022 (indicatedin current report No.1/2022) to a later date, i.e. 29th November 2022.
