The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A., with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company"; the "issuer"), acting on a basis of art. 56 sec.1 Item 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, announces theCompany's publication dates of periodic report in 2023:

I. Quarterly reports:

1) Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023 - May23rd 2023 r.;

2) Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 - Nov21st 2023 r.

The Company informs that in 2023, it will publish consolidated quaterlyreports containing quarterly financial informations, reffered to § 62sec. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March2018 on current and periodic information.

II. Semi - annual reports:

1) Consolidated report for the first half of 2023 - Sep 19th 2023

The Company informs that in 2023, it will publish consolidated semi -annual reports containing semi - annual financial informations, refferedto § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March2018 on current and periodic information.
