TheCompany's Supervisory Board appointed, effective January 1, 2024, for anew three-year term of office, the Company's Management Board consistingof:

Paweł Szukalski - Member of the Management Board.

Mr. Szymon Fiecek, born in 1983, has a university degree. He is agraduate of the Faculty of Information Technology specialization ininformation systems, management at the Higher School of Economics andAdministration in Kielce.

Mr. Paweł Szukalski has been associated with e-commerce and sales for 16years. He started his professional career professional career in 2006 atPayPal in Ireland in the position of Fraud Analyst, dealing with thedetection of abuses of the PayPal payment platform. Then, from 2007 to2012, he worked for Google, with which he he opened the Wroclaw office.At Google, Paul specialized in the development of AdWords advertisingsales.

Thanks to his sales successes, he was promoted from the position of RiskAnalyst through Sales Manager to the position of Vendor Operation Lead,where he managed an international team of 40 salespeople. From 2012 to2017, Pawel worked for Internet Mall Poland (Naspers Group) - ane-commerce platform - as Merchant Director, and since 2014 as CountryManager responsible for overall operations and development in Poland.The last 3 years Paul has been associated with a dynamic fin-techlending company from Estonia - Creditstar Group. As Country Manager, hebuilt and developed the company's operations in Poland. He has been onthe board of Comperia.pl S.A. since July 1, 2020. In addition, he is amember of the Management Board of ComperiaPay Sp. z o.o. w organizacji(in organization).
