Subject: Notification of atransaction on financial instruments issued by Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. underarticle 19 of the MAR Regulation

The Management Board ofCyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that on 30 May 2022the Company, as a person closely associated with a person dischargingmanagerial responsibilities at the Company, notified of transactions onfinancial instruments issued by the Company pursuant to Article 19section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliamentand of the Council of April 16, 2014 on market abuse (market abuseregulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliamentand of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/ECand 2004/72/EC (the "MAR Regulation").

Moreover, on 30 May 2022,the Company received notifications of transactions on financialinstruments issued by the Company, pursuant to Article 19 section 1 ofMAR, which the Company discloses to the public in attachment to thiscurrent report.
