(the "Company"), with referenceto current report No. 3/2025 dated 31 January 2025 regarding the datesof publication of interim reports in 2025, hereby announces a change inthe publication date of the consolidated semi-annual report for thefirst half of 2025, ended June 30,2025.

The original publication date of theaforementioned report was set for 27 August 2025. The Company informsthat the indicated interim report will be published on 20 August 2025.

The remaining dates and informationindicated in current report No. 3/2025 remain unchanged as of the dateof publication of this report.
