(the "Company") hereby publishes the listof shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of the Company convened on October 30, 2025 followingthe resumption of proceedings on November 28, 2025 (the "EGM"), attachedhereto.There were 603,971,694 votes represented at the EGM,which constitute 73.75% of the total number of votes in the Company.Pursuant to the Company's Articles of Association the Series A, B and Cshares as well as 166,917,501 Series D shares are preferred shares,i.e., each share carries two votes.
